1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to UltraHot.TV ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using UltraHot.TV — including browsing videos, creating an account, uploading content, or interacting with any feature of the service — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of UltraHot.TV constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UltraHot.TV. We recommend you read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.

2. Age Requirements & Eligibility

Use of UltraHot.TV is subject to the following age requirements:

Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use any feature of the Platform.
Under 18: If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before using UltraHot.TV. By registering, you represent that you have obtained such consent.
Age verification: We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to terminate accounts where minimum age cannot be confirmed.
Parental responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor children's use of the Platform and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of UltraHot.TV, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access your account.
You must notify us immediately at legal@ultrahotty.tv if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction.
Account names must not impersonate other people, brands, or public figures.

4. Content Policy

UltraHot.TV is a general-audience video platform. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

Illegal content: Any content that violates local, national, or international law.
Child safety (zero tolerance): Any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors. Violations will be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC without exception.
Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Harassment and threats: Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten specific individuals.
Copyright infringement: Content you do not have the rights to upload or distribute.
Misinformation: Deliberately false information that could cause real-world harm.
Spam: Repetitive, automated, or misleading content intended to game the platform.

UltraHot.TV reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Uploaded Content & License

By uploading content to UltraHot.TV, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute the content.
The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.
You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your content where required by law.

You grant UltraHot.TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, display, and distribute your uploaded content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content. This license terminates when you delete your content from the Platform, subject to reasonable caching and backup retention periods.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using UltraHot.TV, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices, including:

Data collection: We collect account registration data, usage data, and technical information (IP address, browser type, device) to operate and improve the service.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, the following conduct is prohibited on UltraHot.TV:

Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of content or user data without written permission.
Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
Using the Platform to distribute malware, phishing content, or other malicious code.
Creating fake engagement through bots, purchased views, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
Using the Platform for commercial solicitation without our express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The UltraHot.TV name, logo, website design, software code, and all associated trade dress are the exclusive property of UltraHot.TV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any UltraHot.TV branding or proprietary assets without prior written authorization.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on UltraHot.TV without authorization, please contact us at legal@ultrahotty.tv with details of the alleged infringement and we will investigate promptly.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content. We do not endorse any content uploaded by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ULTRAHOTTY.TV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of UltraHot.TV after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before any other proceeding. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
